This website is owned and operated by TaxationLawyers. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our visitors while they interact with the content on this site. This Privacy Policy applies to this site only. It does not apply to other websites to which we link. You agree that your use of the site indicates your agreement to this Privacy Policy. The information gathered about a person or business is used by TaxationLawyers to determine if we enter into a retainer agreement. No information will be given to anyone unless authorization is given by the person or business. To help us protect the interests of potential clients, do not send us any confidential information until after you have had a discussion about hiring our services with a professional at this firm.
If the decision has been made to retain our services, then TaxationLawyers will need to collect and disclose personal information regarding matters that pertain to the work needed for a client. TaxationLawyers will not sell, trade, barter or exchange any personal information, and only collects the necessary information.
The Law Society of Upper Canada requires that personal information collected for services rendered be retained up to 10years.
